Cotswold Surveying Services Ltd can confirm that Mr Andrew Newall has never at any time been a client of the company. It is supposed that the negative feed back has perhaps been left by 1. an unhappy property seller (perhaps hiding behind a false name) who has lost a sale as a result of a survey carried out by Cotswold Surveying - unfortunately this happens as its our job; or 2. perhaps aimed at a different 'Cotswold' company (there are a few); or 3. an unethical competitor. Rightmove Plus is used on an almost daily basis by me. Cotswold Surveying hold Professional Indemnity Insurance as required by RICS and has done for 30 years. Cotswold Surveying have an RICS compliant complaints procedure and have not at any time had a complaint from a Mr Newall which is not surprising as he's never been a client of ours. Finally the hate speech is not appreciated. At 60 years old I do not consider myself elderly as am not beyond retiring age. My solicitors will be pursuing this matter and it will be taken up with Google in due course.
