I am writing this review on behalf of my sister MANDY PALMER who hired a car from you for a month after a RTA …. The Service she received was outstanding prompt caring from two of your wonderful staff DAN and Umar ALI ……they made sure she was happy with the hire car as she was very anxious and nervous about the one they allocated for her / changed it to a smaller car of which made her more confident to drive they called her the next day just to make sure she was ok and happy with her choice of car what a Outstanding Service in what was a stressful time for her. Mandy would like to say a huge thank you to them both for looking after her. Best wishes Mandy Palmer

I've used Enterprise Stroud several times this year for car hire when required for work. The team are always responsive, helpful and flexible where they can be. Thanks to Oli & the team.

Couldn't get passed the telephone system and when I did manage couldn't give me a price as it depended on , date, availability if it's had fluffy dice and then closer of the scatter cushions. Will not be using Enterprise

SO glad this locaton is open again. All the staff were friendly, professional and very helpful. Ths is why Enterprise are the global leaders in the car rental industry.

- at rent-a-car pick up, 2 separate staff of @UKEnterprise state low tire pressure warning to be ignored as its a common fault on those models - tire completely flat on new years day - charge me for tire repair when they handed me the car with the fault already - embarrassing

I work in customer service and was delighted with the way I was dealt with by the team at Stroud Enterprise. Ryan in particular dealt with me the most and I had had some issues from mistakes from my insurance company and he really helped me out. He is a credit to the company and made me want to use Enterprise next time and tell my friends what great service you guys give. Thank you.

I just rented a car from Mo at the Stroud branch and I had to leave a review for their 5* service! The rental process was so easy and everything was taken care of, which was great for me as I was attending a trade fair which was quite stressful. Not having to worry about my rental was so important to me and I was even dropped back to my work base after the car was returned. The customer service was second to none and I will be a returning customer!

Our Mazda developed an engine management fault on a drive home late on Saturday. Mazda took it away and said they would arrange a hire car. I didn't really think that would happen on a Sunday ...and I really needed to be on the road very early Monday. To my amazement the manager of the Stroud branch phoned me (from Essex- she was away for the weekend), confirmed my details and got one of her staff to go into work and get a car sorted for me. Absolutely fantastic service. They extended my hire without any drama when my car wasn't ready and then picked up the car from the Gloucester Mazda dealer.
